I'd like to see that thing take a turn at even a moderately quick speed... probably more body roll than an armadillo down a mountain.

there's a ton of scrapers in oakland and beyond. actually there was one at a 7-11 near my house and i live in the south bay. it was a white boxy caprice classic on 22's. pretty funny looking.

LOL. You know, i read this thread yesterday, but didn't respond. Yeah, the car is ghetto, but the name of this thread sounds so damn elitist. Not saying you are UALLENVYME, but now, when certain people snicker and sneer at BMW owners, now I understand why. Thanks for helping explain that to me UALLENVYME.

Lol, i dunno about that. It is a pretty sh*tty ride. But, i guess its possible. If you look at shows like Pimp my Ride, they end up putting 50k worth of stuff in a 1k car. Stupid, but whatever floats their boat I guess.

I read an article somewhere how people are buying cars from the eighties and just pimping them to death, inside and out. I see nothing wrong with it. I like car enthusiasts whether they're driving "scrapers" or Bimmers or whatever.

I really like the brake dust covers....you know, with all that performance that you get out of drum rotors. I'd imagine that if he took a corner over 40mph, he would flip the thing over.

i used to make fun of these cars. and people that drove them. then this one day i was at the shop that worked on my old car. and there was one in there, and i was talking to the owner of the shop making fun of the 10,000 dollar wheels, 10,000 dollar paint job on a cheap ass car. and the owner of the shop was like, "well, we already supercharged his brand new escalade, and we blah blahed his brand new whatever other car so the dude is spending money on this style car" its like, just cause its an old car, dont mean that the person doesnt have any money. thats the style. do i like it, not really. have i learned to respect cars like that. yes. for sure.

Yeah, I mean, to each his own. Have some class, just because you have a BMW doesn't make you any better than the next guy.

i saw a show featuring those vehicles.....big in Miami! PIMPIN' STYLE!

and they cost more than a fully loaded 330i($54,000) with all the outrageous mods!

so, what's the deal about not being able to afford a BMW?
