Rich parents + karting at 3 year old (maybe earlier if you are smart) + relationships with manufacturers + time machine (assuming you are at least 16 yrs old now which is too late) + luck = meeting the minimums.
Good luck. |

So are you superbly rich, stupidly small and in possession of a DeLorean with a flux capacitor? If not, may I suggest alcohol and recreational drugs? |

I want to be a professional NBA player for the Lakers, Cavs, and Warriors. What do I have to do? I want to be an internationally well known movie star like Denzel, Will Smith, and Jacky Chan. What are the requirements? How fucking old are you? |

Apply online. If they think you'd be a good fit, they'll call you to schedule an interview. Next step from there would be an in-person evaluation where they fly you out to a track where you have to qualify.

Don't listen to all the negative ninnies here. It's actually very easy.
Buy a team and hire yourself as a driver, done. |

However, if you have advanced degree or are working toward an advanced degree - you can literally check the websites of formula one teams to read if there are any openings in particular fields.
Have you proposed maybe attending a racing school and learn what the sport is all about ? |
