We're going to see more of these cuts.

The state of California and a lot of cities are revising their budgets anticipating federal funding cuts. This has nothing to do with sanctuary cities.

It's because 80% of federal money to the state is spent on things like health care coverage for the poor, public education and public transportation - things Trump has vowed to cut.

It's going to be a tough time for the state.
