New tires, tires pulsating- whobing at low speed

Hi folks
I know there are some threats like this. But here me out

I drove my car with Continental at the front, and pirellis at the rear. No problem.

Then I bought new tires for the rear and kept Continental at the front. Because of the potholes, I had around nine or 10 flat tires at the font. So the font tires are newer, and didn’t need new tires

But as soon as I put the new tires at the back, I have the same pulsating, whobing, sensation at the back.

It happens at low speed, when i give gas, when there is torque. When there is no acceleration, or when it’s just cruising then its fine

It’s obviously the tires but why woild it be ok with
Pirellis at the back- continentals at thr front

But not ok with goodyears at the back and continentals at the front?

Or is it something else ?

Stiffer sidesways on one tire vs. the other? Bent rim and one time is more sensitive than the other? I presume same tire pressures, but maybe play with tire pressure to see if that helps?

Long time ago, I had a little crack, on a rim i got it it fixed and rotated the tires on same axles. And the problem went away. But this time the rimms are OK and there are no cracks…. So its’s not that either
