Im sure this was posted in the other forums but I thought Id post here since the GC is involved.

Some thoughts:

What the fuck is that wing doing on the GC?
And who was driving the M5 Comp (it got killed and its just not that much slower than a GC if at all- I have/had both)

The CS is an impressive build no doubt and selling for 40-50k over if you can find one. There are several stuck at the port right now on a stop sale for radio and fuel tank shit.

I agree wayyy tooo small for that car, needs to be higher and about 2' wider. That would make it look even sweatier, or maybe add another wing under it.

The m5 comp should be quicker then the m8 GC because it weigh less so i am not sure what kind of driver or setting were used in that m5 comp

That wing is a travesty. John, get yourself a Honda Civic. FFS… he took a majestic GC and turned it into a chicken chaser with the singular worst mod ever. Congrats, John.

M5C has been plagued with launch control issues from the beginning. Supposedly they were sorted out with an OTA update, but there's no mention of what year this car is.

M8 also has better drag coefficient which helps at higher speeds, but doesn't necessarily explain the trouble of the line.

They also mention how the best 1/4 mile time was 11.1 for the M5C so it definitely was an issue with this particular car/driver.
