This is for 36 months.
15k miles / 51% residual 12k miles / 53% residual 10k miles / 54% residual Jason always updates the rates on the first page:https://f92.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1579535 I would discourage going over 36 months for a lease as the value proposition diminishes and buying becomes the better option. |

I should mention that BMW also has a 7500 mile lease (+1% RV) and dare I say I heard maybe a 5k one?
Overage is 30 cents a mile on the M8, I assume 25 on the 850? This is lease-end pricing. It's worth going for the lower miles. Easier to deal with overage when the time comes than pay too much and then not use it. Especially these days... |

$.30 cents a mile overage on my M850i lease and guessing that is just standard BMWFS terms regardless of the model. So true on the "these days" as I considered a 7500 annual mile lease as it would cover my daily commute with a little buffer. However, given a M850i or M8 is the ultimate GT I planned on using the car for all of the wife and my road trips, etc. vs. her X5. Hence, going with a 10K annual mile lease. Hindsight is 20/20 but if I had any inclination of the COVID-19 impact I would have stuck with 7500 as frankly this year's lack of driving would have made up for the next 2 year commutes and the road trips!
