iPhone 15 Pro Max

Can someone please confirm if their iPhone 15 Pro Max fits/charges in the charger area? I'm planning to order this Friday the 16 Pro Max but want to make sure that it will fit length wise. The 16 Pro Max is ˜3mm longer than the 15 Pro Max but that should not be an issue as long as the 15 Pro Max is not touching the edges while on the charger pad. Thanks

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I’m not sure if it’s same exact size?

It fits and charges just fine and that’s with a cover on it t. 😊

thanks for your prompt reply. Is your 14 fits tight or has a little of space? the 16 is 3mm longer than the 14 LOL

No, not tight at all.. It slides right in..

It seems like my 14 Pro Max with the thin case on is close in size of a 16 Pro Max without a case.

Is yours a 15 Pro Max? Do you have a heavy duty case?

I hate this wireless charger in our cars… the charging speed is very slow and on hot day the phone heats up to the temperatures you cannot hold it… I do prefer usb cable…

Same here. I have 3 BMW (M440, M4 and M850) that came with wireless charger and they never work as they suppose to. All they did is heating up my phones. May be I have Samsung phones USB cable always work.

If I were you I would reduce using the car wireless charging. Its good for when you really need a quick charge but in long time it damages the battery. The area is tight and there is not good air flow so basically your iPhone gets hot.

I really only place it on the charger to get the antenna diversity for the terrible signal I get for AT&T pretty much everywhere these days. It helps that little bit for not dropping business calls.

+1. I've had my phone overheat and come up with the dreadful warning that phone is too hot and let it cool down.

OP just use a phone holder with a magnetic charger. Proclip is great.

I will agree, My iPhone 14 Pro Max does get warm but not to the point of an overheating message.

Personally I think the holders look like total 💩..

All in all I’m satisfied with the way the wireless charging works.

Just to follow up, iPhone 16 Pro Max with silicone case fits almost exactly.
