Exhaust flap and sport mode 840i

Does everyone's exhaust flap open when putting the car into sport mode? I'm sure mine used to, but I've had some warranty work done and the dealer has done a software update and I'm sure my car now sounds quieter and the exhaust flap on the left side now seems to be closed on sport mode - am I going mad?

Update - I have the below error code showing, so I'm assuming when refitting everything the dealer hasn't connected the actuator for the exhaust flap!

So annoying - if I could reach the thing I'd try and do it myself. Dealer is closed today as it's substitute bank holiday for Boxing Day here in the UK - I'll be showing up tomorrow!
