If we're both seeing a car with 4 wheels and 2 doors, then yes, we're both seeing the same thing.

However, If we're both seeing a predictably stereotypical muscle car contrasted with an original sleek German GT, then no, we're not seeing the same thing.

Not that I am at all biased towards German engineering. Completely open-minded in every way. Ist das klar?
Ja, ist sehr klar.

But it still seems wildly derivative to my eyes. The C Pillar, rear fender haunch and general fall line from headlight to taillight looks practically identical.

I'd actually rather have a GT350, it has a much more interesting motor and would be wildly better suited to track duty and of course comes with a transmission I greatly prefer. So what if it's painted with colored White-Out and drinks oil like a rotary?

I have no answers.

We love what we love, and we live our desires.

But... in the end, the big Bavarian god in the sky will judge you for the choices you made on this earthly tarmac.

While I love this look it reminds me a lot of the Mustang. Stunner though.

In the E36 days they made some very nice (wide) body trim, wheels, interior trim and accessories.
