Help! Is this a good deal CPO M8 Competition?

Hi all

So I’m in the market for a CPO M8 Comp Gran Coupe. I found a certified model at Perillo BMW Chicago, 2022 with just over 25k miles asking $93k. Specs and pics below.

Would be under new car warranty until 2025. Certified warranty until 2026. Clean Carfax.

Kicker is they won’t allow an off site PPI, but I’ll still push for it.

Good deal or run away?

I'm not a used car expert by any means. I'm sure allot of things need to be checked. The one bit of advice I can give is have the wheels thrown on a balancer in front of you. 25,000 miles on Chicago roads it would be hard not to bend a rim

DO NOT buy from Perillo. I bought my X5M from them brand new in 2022 and it had been damaged beforehand. They tried to cover it up and were assholes once I found out.......and this was on a brand new car. You've been warned....

25k miles on a 22 for 95k dollars is heavy ... if you end up working a deal push the price down under 90k for sure.

I would caution on them also. I never bought a BMW from them, but every interaction I’ve had with when looking (all CPOs at the time) left a bad taste. It’s been some years, so it could have changed.
