Clock not syncing

I don't drive the M850 much only ~700 miles from new, but when I took it out for its two week exercise we noticed apparently the clock did not set for DST and was an hour behind. Shouldn't the clock be synced with/via the navi?

Yes, it should, but I've had the same issue. Though the clock supposedly is set to automatically adjust, every time we switch between EDT and EST, I have to manually reset it. Another BMW software triumph.

Ironically an upside for all of us owners here in AZ as we do not do DST so it does not mater. However, for all of those that it does just another example as to why BMW can't fight their way out of a paper bag when it comes to software engineering competency.
