That for the US you can only get an M8 GC for 2021.

Makes sense. There are still a lot for sale. I'm glad I didn't wait to try to get an Individual color when I was looking in Dec/Jan. I still haven't seen another M8 on the road and have only seen one M850.

Very happy that I purchased a coupe last week in Marina Bay Blue and Silverstone. Most of the coupes that are still available are white, black, and various shades of gray. More of a selection for convertibles. Vehicles with Bowers & Wilkins audio are becoming difficult to find. At this price point, you shouldn't have to settle.

Wow, that was fast. I wonder when they will stop production of the F90 M5?

So is it finished? Like the coupe and convertible will not be back up and running in 2022.
Not really too surprised, demand was already extremely low with dealers having to push huge deals and Covid didn't help the matters even more.

Would they sell MY20 for the next 6-8 months then go to MY22?

Took a test drive in an M8 Comp last week and the CA told me they were told BMW is going back to the 6 Series. Seems pretty weird to me.

when a car line is discounted and they stop making parts, it usually means a drop in price.
However, they haven't said what's going to replace it. if they replace it with say "M9", then the m8 will drop like a rock. But, if they just discontinued the m8 - odds are that we can see a solid 10-20% drop in prices. So you can probably find a used one for 40-50% of original sticker. |

I'm sure they are just planning an even better one and calling it the M9

When version 1 of the order guide came out, I found it somewhat odd that the Coupe and convertible was not listed and I posted as such in the other thread. Now it's official. Should jive with what was earlier reported shortly after the 8er release, Coupe and Convertible models could be discontinued leaving only the Gran Coupe. Seems like it' going to happen.
