Great review. I see all this horsepower as a statement of confidence when trying to pass 6 trucks as quickly as possible. Sustained triple digit speeds will inevitably lead to sustained interactions with legal professionals.

I'm gonna go with fecking scary as all hell!!

I have to take a ride in one of these convertibles--the accolades about the fabric roof are everywhere: BMW engineering hasn't lost all its foo apparently!

Naahh, not confidence--fun! I have ~730hp to all 4 wheels or 800+ at the crank. I don't use it to pass trucks (well, I do of course ), I use it to have fun from traffic lights against mothers in minivans or to scare myself on a lonely desert interstate or to piss a Lamborghini or ten off off at a dragstrip... or merely to enjoy the push of ~850 ft Ibs of torque in your lower back at 50mph in 4th gear.

In Germany, however, I'd use it every day... over here, yeah, the legal interactions do tend to increase--> the subjective risk vs. reward equation I guess.

You are correct--the only thing you see moving sometimes for 50 miles or so is tumbleweed.

Our speed limit in Ontario is only 100km. You can get away with 120km usually. Anything over 40km over limit is now bye bye car and license. They call it stunt driving. Mandatory impound and suspension.
And they ain't too friendly about it either. Since the covid pandemic we have had a pandemic of crazy driving here. The cops and politician and citizens are fed up. So they passed this stunt driving law. Now you have to be really careful where you blast it.
I'm not in Toronto but they have some sweet highways there for sure.
They have caught guys in all kinds of high end cars and super cars going absolutely nuts speeds at night. Good luck getting away too. SO many cops and choppers. Some have done it successfully but most get caught...or crash.

Her and fast....not really good together.
I bet that was scary with no top. Do you normally make her drive around like that?....haha
Two jokes one post....perty good
I'm not sure I've ever actually gone that fast on the ground. Unless we include take off and landing.
Where did you do that?

So I assume asking for a "kissy" right after was out of the question.
Mine makes it perfectly clear "wanna drive like that, do it without me in the car"
No bones there. No spirit of adventure.
Lets face it, woman are creatures of safety basically. Us....creatures of stupidity mostly.....lol
She likes the car....just not fast.
Anyway I bought it for me not her.
