Hi,

I’m thinking about getting my car tuned, and getting a stage 1 on it.

Has anyone done this to this car, and is it worth it? The tuner is well known in my area at tuning b58s, so I doubt there will be any issues in the actual tuning.

I’m just wondering on:
1. Is there actually noticeable difference in power? He says it’s 20% increase so roughly ~400hp. Can you really feel that day to day?

2. How does this impact my service package with BMW? I still have a few years of a service package with the dealership I got the car from.

My car is from 2020 if that changes anything.

Yes it’ll feel hugely different with a 20% hike in power and +100nm of torque, those are sizeable gains.

Service package won’t be affected as it’s maintenance, however any warranty you have will be, so tread carefully.
