Looking to buy 20-22 m8 gc

Few months ago handed in lease to f90 m5 & now I’m thinking about buying used m8 gc 20-22
Anything I shoukd know about or look out for? Everyone happy w car ?

I’ve never drove one but have had many Ms over years & can’t imagine I wouldn’t like it

Appreciate any help !

See if the dealership will run an analysis to determine any amount of over-revving that was done to the car. It’s a simple test and they just hook up to the ECU as over-revs are counted by the car. Buying used performance models is not for the faint of heart!

I went from a 2021 M5 to a 2024 M8 GC.

The M8 looks special and I like the interior cockpit set up better but my M5 was near perfect. I do like the M5 seats better due to better padding.

No regrets moving to the M8 though.

Did the M5 feel a bit faster compared to the M8, stock v stock?
