I bought these and they finally arrived. does anybody know how they are removed? Does the door panel need to come off?

I have the same front and rear door carbon trim switch pieces for my GC. You can pop the piece out using a simple flat plastic trim tool. Switches pop out of the original housing and into the CF piece. Literally can be swapped in 5mins. I don’t have the dash piece you picture so sorry I can’t help you on that one but looking at the back of it will likely tell you if it’s a simple snap in fitment that can be removed the same way as the door trim switch pieces
