Removal of door Switch trim...anybody done this?

I bought these and they finally arrived. does anybody know how they are removed? Does the door panel need to come off?

I bought front and rears set.

I also bought the HUD display surround and was wondering how it comes out.

I don’t have the dash piece you picture so sorry I can’t help you on that one but looking at the back of it will likely tell you if it’s a simple snap in fitment that can be removed the same way as the door trim switch pieces
