M8 comp dinantronicsx question

Hello, I have a question about the dinantronicsx chip, I installed eventuri intakes on the m8 and I wanted to get the dinan chip too, my question is do I need exhausts or down pipes, or will the car be fine with the factory exhaust system? With those two upgrades. Thanks.

Do you need them? No.

Does it add more performance? Barely

Does it sound better? Absolutely
