Those kinda look like the arch guards someone posted in the mud flaps thread - https://f92.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...ight=mud+flaps. Check out post 13. They mention they come on Euro models. They've got pics too. Perhaps the poster can elaborate where they got them.

I bought the full wheel arch extensions front and rear. Hard to get.
They are much bigger than those small ones shown above.
Talk to Ryan at IND
He helped me get them. I posted them on a thread here somewhere a year or so ago.

This thread shows mine. They aren't for everyone. But I appreciate the damage they can prevent so I don't care. I actually think they look cool.

In the US, the B8 Alpina has those rear arch extensions.

The parts database lists them as an “M” piece. And it also lists country/markets, too. So perhaps if you don’t have an “M” or “M” package and don’t live in one of the markets where they are offered…you won’t see them.

See #6 in the diagram below:

https://bimmercat.com/bmw/en/search/...M8/ECE/51_A848

And see #7 and/or #9 in the diagram below:

https://bimmercat.com/bmw/en/search/...iX/ECE/51_A799

#10 Looks like my front ones. But the #7 pictured in both diagrams don't seem the same. One looks longer than the other. I have the longer ones for the front & rear as well.
BTW the fronts have no way to attach them. The body shop used heavy duty automotive body repair type glue/cement. This worked very well and can't be seen once mounted. Not sure how they mounted the rear ones.

I was told the same.. the larger ones were intended for the GC M8 as the smaller ones are used on the coupe/vert.

Ya I'm not sure what country they are from. I like them and hopefully if it even happens that a rock flies that way.....fingers crossed.
I guess I like that they aren't common on any brands. I really like my rear window spoiler too. Matches the dips down in the middle part of the OEM M8 Carbon spoiler.

The first few pics are of it unpainted. It comes that way. Easy do it yourself install.
