Congrats! Hopefully your break-in is complete.

I just turned 5K miles, and this vehicle is in the running for the best car I've ever owned (there have been lots). Its Jekyll and Hyde ability is incredible, and the relaxed confidence it inspires is phenomenal.

Had 10k on the m8 and literally less than 200 on this B8. It is a completely different feel so far. Much smoother (even on 21’s) but also a little quieter. Feels more luxurious compared to the aggressive m8. It’s early, so I will check back after a few trips.

The Gran Coupe in particular does a phenomenal job of:
Stellar good looks.
Practicality.
Performance.
Creature Comforts.
Tech.
Curbside appeal.
I just dig the M front end over the Alpina. But definitely not a deal breaker.

Lots of unique parts under hood. The charge coolers are bigger and full alum, trans cooler, cooling pipes but also uses m8 parts too such as the exhaust manifold.

Shame the didn't offer some of these upgrades on the m850 as a package.
