Thanks for the advice. Is there a significant penalty for paying off the credit after three months?

Correct. BMWFS contracts have no pre-payment penalties. The dealer gets an incentive for each FS contract they write. If the finance contract is paid off before the third payment, they lose the incentive, so I always pay it off in month 4. Fwiw, I talk to the finance guy directly about what I'm doing. They never care as long as you pay it off after the third month.

It's arrived at the dealer! He congratulated me on ordering the Mennonite wheel option.

Turns out even though they had "BMW CERTIFIED" all over the ads for it, the car was absolutely not and never would be. Had a series of interior issues they never showed me on a facetime call, only saw when they renewed the online listing pics. They would have had me fly down there, take one look at it and refuse to buy it, instead of just being honest out front.
Worst dealership around. They love wasting peoples time and posting things that aren’t real. Drove over once after calling to see about an m8 they said was in stock. Got there 40 mins later and lo and behold it “sold” even though it wasn’t even there. Hate that dealership and group in general.

Are these kinda like the old school AMG monoblock wheels?

I prefer the standard multispoke Alpina wheels,

Beautiful car otherwise!

That's hilarious. Glad those mennonite wheel covers aren't permanent.

Gorgeous car!! Need more pics without the covers and plastic. Mine just went into production today!

Here you go. I'm DYING to get to over 1,200 miles...

350 in the first week, with family and Thanksgiving intervening.

I second this. My guy said six months, but regardless I offered to hold financing to avoid clawback.

Except for the BMW dealer I got by wife’s X7 from. Horrible experience. Wife loved the foot wave feature for the lift gate but then rep suggested we add the trailer hitch without telling me it deleted the feature.

Car shows up and they take zero ownership.

Then they failed to submit my registration and lied about it 30 days later.

GM wouldn’t call me. Actually refused my request for phone call.

I paid off the financing the next day.

She goes there for service but I have bought 3 performance cars since (Aug 2020) and won’t even consider them.

My car's on the K-line Brooklands, due in Brunswick 2/16. It only spent 7 days at port!

Just picked it up from getting 55% nano ceramic window film. It works great and looks wonderful on the car IMO.

Yup. I'm daily driving it and needed the 20" all-seasons for weather and for pothole survival.

Yes, and Comfort Plus mode. (I've used it a couple times; not at all Buick-like, and personally I didn't notice much difference from Comfort. Mine spends 99% of its time in Sport Personal/Sport Shift or in Adaptive.)
