The dicks! I presume you were there to witness and capture the photos and immediately register with the carrier - otherwise it may have been a finger pointing exercise. Glad to see you are back on the road and not out of pocket.

I'm facing the same issue now… everything was fine. I parked my car and went on holiday for 2 weeks… once get into car got battery management warning then after trying to start the car engine start not possible fault… scanned the car and found 216119 fault and also there was a fault that not able to start the car as the battery is below the required energy or something… I have a ghost immobiliser installed into my car so 100% it's draining the energy but I've tried the jump start and start the vehicle from jump start lead cables but no luck, same fault… what do you guys think, could this be the battery or the same wire short issue
