I don't think you will see M8 lease rates at $1500. That's what you pay for a 2020 M5 Comp priced at $120K.

Yeh I did some calculations and I estimate well equipped M8s in the $1,900 - $2,100 a month lease at 10k/36 months.

If we could only get high residuals in 60% this car would be very affordable to lease but most likely it will be closer to 54%-56%.

But yeah anyone who thinks this car will be $1,500 a month is dreaming. Unless you break the number rule of leasing and do a big down payment.

Your estimates are on the low side too lol. There are forum members who were being quoted that for an M5C

For a fully loaded M8 comp like mine with a sticker of $170k and 15k/36 with a nice discount and loyalty money its like $2400 a month. Let me know what you guys find out there.
