Yes, put the engine covers on the build, but haven’t been able to afford the gas cap yet.

There is the claim of the .22 second gain in 60-130. Is that even a thing?

Anyways, can’t get the Dinan intakes, so Eventuri it is.

Standing by for the OEM 600 hp software chip upgrade explanation. Never heard of this before.
No idea what this is. I'll predict naivety but would love to be proven wrong.

That said, the car has more than 600hp stock so what exactly is it we're lusting after here?
It was done on my M850i 2023 , so 523hp stock - my dealer was offering this chip upgrade via Ultracar Montreal, a car workshop/tuner who is preparing lots of cars before delivery in my city, for BMw and Rolls royce quebec)

I can notice the difference definitely but Like some of you I wasn't big fan of the 'virtual' update vs some physical tune.

Apparently this chip update is processed via a Bluetooth update/uploaded to of the car software , which unlocks more power… and is warranty safe on BMW side.

Now give me more tips on the right questions I should ask to this dealer so I can do a proper verification (have I been screwed or not &#129322

People [with the ugliest engines] always have their hoods open at car shows. Now people are also going to be leaving their gas doors open.

How do you guys cope with no warranties after installing all that stuff. Jeez I asked about a simple Pedal commander and was told to be careful? WTF eh?

Thank you sir. I ordered everything toward the end of February. We know how Dinan is and supposedly the delivery date is sometime in mid to end of September for me. I was told the Dinan pieces could come any day or maybe end of the year due to their supply.

The dealership has to prove the cause of whatever happened was due to what you installed on your car. If you install simple bolt on items, the likely hood of damage is very unlikely. The key is to go to someone who knows what he/she is actually doing and is not their first rodeo on doing whatever it is you want done.

All good until something breaks and you know the saying, you break it, you pay for it. I guess shit happens and maybe I’ve been lucky, but I’m finding it hard to break these cars. That’s just me. I’ve read other horror stories.

What made you get the charge cooler?

I understand what the charge cooler does, but what’s the history there? Very curious about the S63.

I did Project Gamma intakes, Evolution Racewerks secondary downpipes, Akrapovic catback exhaust and KW HAS Kit. Sounds amazing at both ends of the car now.

Honestly, there is really no rhyme or reason. I thought it looks 110% better and is better for the engine as a whole.

Case anybody cares. I just added these goodies. both made by Autotecknic. fit was perfect and super easy install.
First are the carbon door handle covers. They look really nice and tied into the other carbon part on the M Carbon package. They kinda tie in the mirror and inlet carbon together more. With the roof and rear spoiler I feel it's about just perfect on exterior carbon stuff. Still waiting for my Manhart rear bumper carbon things. Those I feel will look pretty cool. Pic at bottom of those on another car. I think. that's them anyway.
Next is that little carbon add on for the inlet/outlet carbon thingy.
Most of it was already carbon but now it's bit more carbon-ed up.

Really love this spoiler from Spoiler King as well. Painted same color as car. Added some flex in paint and bingo it's on. So matches the rear spoiler with the middle part notched out like it is. now it's on both spoilers. The wives says it looks like an OEM part the way it matches.
