Best intake for M8

What’s the best intake for the M8 AND is it worth the price?
I’m already sold on the Race Chip tune and M performance exhaust, but is a 2-3k intake worth it?

You won't get better than an Eventuri intake - for any car. Expensive, but fantastic products.

I'm using the Project Gamma ones, they aren't as expensive as the Eventuri intakes.

Remove the charcoal filters and drop a set of BMC filters and call it a day for less then 200$
Decent sound for a small mod
If u want to pay go for the eventuri

I agree and I have a set of Eventuri waiting to be installed whenever my car arrives.

So so very true, you can also add the Dinan turbo inlets as well and probably get the same gains as the Eventuri.

In the end, there is no right or wrong answer and it is a personal choice, but it really comes down to how much you want to spend on whatever item.

Will the turbo inlets increase the turbo sound? Will it mess with the warranty?

From the description those turbo inlets sound like the best bang for buck.
Can anyone vouch for them?

I have the inlet and No they dont increase the sound
They only improve the throttle response and they look really good under the hood
I have the setup with charcoal delete and bmc filters and turbo inlet
As for the warranty they are backed by dinan warranty (they cover u if ur bmw warranty got voided as long as u dont have any other mods.....)

Yes it is basically cheap for 500 dollar
It is high quality carbon fiber that looks good under the hood and will smal performance gains
Add to that the bmc filters and remove the charcoal omes and it will be the best 700 dollar ever spent
Again all those upgrades together you will definitely get better sound and performance

Do you have a good website for the bmc filters?
I can’t seem to find it on the normal venders sites

The Eventuri is phenomenal. I've had two of them now, one on each of my M8s.

It truly sounds great and is night and day relative to stock. Even the blow off valve is audible whenever you let off unexpectedly—hwuh wuh wugh.
