M850 GC: Anyone running 295/30/20 rears?

Hey folks,

Want to lower my '22 M850 GC. Anyone have any pics of theirs lowered?

I'm running 255/35/20 front 295/30/20 rear. Anyone running something similar and lowered it? Want to see some pics before taking the plunge.

And yes, searched the forum first, not much for the M850 opposed to the M8.

Sorry can't help you with your question but I would love to see a nice side rear photos of the tires and how they are with the fenders at that size because I want to add wider tires to my car. Would really appreciate it.

With the KW's are you able to get the alignment back to OEM? Mean you aren't running mostly on the inner tire only??

Suspension definitely feels stiffer especially because I’m on rubber bands but I personally like running in sport plus as is. It’s all preference. However on comfort mode it definitely feels….well…comfortable. I was running kw on my c63s and that was absolutely horrible. Probably due to the shorter wheel base abs it was about 500 lbs lighter.

So you will wear heavy on the inside of the tire?

Yes…anything in the negative spectrum will wear out the inside of the tire.my amg cambered a lot but the tires would last around 20k miles or so. This bmw is not near as bad as the amg camber though

Found the printout. The before measurements were with H&R Springs and the stock 20” wheels with spacers. The current measurements is with the KW kit and the 21” wheels

Thanks for this. Super helpful. Plan on dropping mine on KW but kept the stock rims. Wanted 21's but was a no go here in San Diego. Potholes everywhere. Cringe at the thought of hitting one of those suckers. Bent the hell out of a rim on my E60. Haven't had 21's since.

Oh wow yeah that's a lot. I don't even put that much on when I track. Normally neg .5-1 degree would be about all. Keep us posted on your mileage off those tires if you don't mind. I was hoping the KW kit would allow for less than that. Also with that much camber don't look at the outside of the tire only look at the inner edge.

22" Lowered on H&R springs

I am on 22s with H&R springs. It's firm but comfortable. I plan to switch out the springs to KW HAS kit soon. It only rubs in front on large swells at high speeds from time to time.

This is clean. Was going to go with HR Springs but saw enough on this board to go with the K&W. Saw your post on the other thread. Did you get the M8 bumper through BMW? Haven't seen anyone else do that.

I'll look out for that. Didn't know could get the part from BMW and sure others probably didn't know either. Thanks for the reply.
