840 new tyre choice
Greetings…..need to start thinking about new boots for my 840….currently on the Pilot Sport it came with. Not bothered about run flats (although from my experience the negativity about them is far worse than they really are in the real world).
I don’t drive like I stole it so being ultra sticky not an issue, and want something decent with a good life span and all year capability. Any thoughts welcome. Last edited by Seaford; 06-07-2023 at 12:51 PM.. |

Pilot sport 4 season have been amazing on my non performance rides. I have 30k on a set and no issues at all. I'm just not sure if they make size to fit the 840i.

I have the Pirelli P Zero PZ4 - and have had no issues in heavy rain and they are quiet (as can be given the state of our roads). Agree with you on run flats.
