2020 M8 Competition on 21" Ferrada Forged FR7
My friends at Ferrada reached out to me to see if they could use the M8 for the Houston Auto Show. So they threw these bad boys on and the fitment is sweet! Specs on the wheels are 21x10.5 Front & 21x12 Rear.

Very nice design and 21's fill out things nicely, but imho they'd look even better if painted in gloss black to match the gloss shadow trim.

Looking really good. Looks like I might not need to lower my ride
What car were the wheels made for. The f90 specs seem to be a perfect fit but they are running a 11. Never heard of anyone running a 12 |

It'd be great to know the offsets and the wheel widths if you know them?

No springs on the market. So it lowered it would be cutting of the springs of the hr m850 which is a pretty big drop. Think it’s stock height and looks pretty good. With that stance I would reconsider lowering and enjoying the current clearance and comfort

Car is currently boneeee stock! For now.... Exactly what I was think, after seeing these wheels on the car it looks perfect. I cant wait for vorsteiner or someone to start making some nice carbon exterior add ons to give it more of an aggressive look.

Always easiest not to mess with the suspension
Confirmed my approach.; I’ll keep the stock rims for snows with spacers an then get new wheels for a proper setup. That said I have to admit that the height adjustment on our E63s can’t be beat. Plug-in OBD lowering module and change the drop in millimeter increment from/rear in seconds, right on the comand screen. There is something very elegant about it... |

Those wheels and tires look great! I have 2 questions:
Will those wheels fit on an M850i and what are the tires size/specs? Last edited by glaferri; 03-09-2020 at 10:51 PM.. |

Yes these wheels will fit the M850i, 21x10.5 Front & 21x12 Rear and I think the tires were 295/30/21 & 315/30/21

Wasn't a huge fan in the beginning but it grew on me for sure! I would have done gloss black to have it match the rest of the trim on the car. Currently back on stocks and I'll wait for a nice 3 piece or forged wheel that catches my eye.
