Hot weather engine oil ?

Hi Guys,

Will change the engine oil on my M850i this week.
Which oil can you recommend me for a hot weather.
I live in Turkey and here it is 40 degrees in the shade in the summer.
I am currently using 0W/30 Castrol.

Recommended oil viscosity should be in the owners manual…and there’s an owners manual built into idrive which has a really good search feature. If you use the KEYWORD search, just input “OIL”:

Hayırlı olsun kardeşim. I'm not 100% sure but here in Cyprus we use 5w30. Catrol edge .
Any other experts please 🙏 advice too . I am curious if this is the correct oil .

I'm thinking of using Liqui Moly 10W-60. I think it will be better yield and healthier for hot environment.
