Dyno Testing

Wasn't sure where to put this, but has anyone dynoed a M8 Competition? BMW says 617 HP, I wondered how accurate that is.

Stock motor..

Dyno numbers can be all over the place because of but not limited to:

the machine itself, operators, conditions, etc ...

But the 617 crank number based on draggy and runs at the track appears to be conservative as typically Ms are. There a few dynos posted but the F90 M5 (same engine) forum has much more data.

So about 20awhp increase over stock but at a lower rpm.
Good to know and this confirms my testing with xHP tuning which seems to indicate shifting at a lower rpm was slightly faster with my. Racechip

Yes, will post up in track time ramblings with latest dyno results today. Taking the coolant reservoir in. Car is there being tuned after the FEMTO unlock
