iSweep brakes install. I often want to try the remote camera thing while its in for service but am always nervous that they will be working on the car and then suddenly it starts doing stuff to take the pics.

I’m interested in this as well. I had the oem BMW glass controller installed in my other m8 and they had to take the entire dash apart. Wondering if this knob is an easier install?

Did some digging most look to be the same process, for the shifter as well.

If you can DIY-replace an iPad screen (which I've failed at

) you "should" be able to do this. Defintely disconnect the battery. Trust me. With the X6M, I managed to short the entire iDrive module more than once

Recently became the new owner of a 2020 M8C GC. Dravit gray with sakhir orange interior. No mods (yet) but I'm already in love with the torque that never ends.

Excuse the dirty winter tires, it just warmed up here in Toronto.
