I’m in the midst of making some very amateur videos about my experiences with the M850i GC. Here are my first two. As many of you know, I definitely have a lot of good things to say about this car. I really think that BMW nailed it. And compared to its rivals you get a lot for your bucks.

I plan to make some more videos and I’ll post them here. My channel is going to be mostly about cars, but we’ll see how it goes.

I switched my cell phone camera to film in 4K for the second video but it seems that it still doesn’t look very high def. I’m guessing at some point I should invest in a proper high def camera and microphone

Did YouTube prompt on a conversion on the upload? I've gotten that in the past but chose the option for them to take their sweet ass time on the upload. But the best you can get is 1080p once done.

Played the second video and it defaulted to "auto" resolution that was pumping 360P. Switched to advanced and selected 1080P and much better. 👍

What settings for the cold start? Sounds good!

I have my sound set up for "sporty" all of the time, but I"m not sure if that affects the cold start. Exhaust is OEM.

Indoor cold starts for this car are pretty nice, because of the echo effect

Outdoors, it just gets washed away with the wind. But nice to hear a little burble
