Need DD/project car under $10K

Looking at getting a DD/project car under $10K...cars that come to mind are...

240
Fox body mustang
3rd gen Camaro
300ZX TT

I'm looking for something manual and RWD. Also, no verts. Open to other suggestions though. What do you all think? Any recommendations? Thanks.

How about a Miata? Too small and girly?

Yea...not a fan of the miata. No verts for me. I need something with a bit more overall potential...something I can tinker with to make it a bit faster. I thought about a 300ZX TT as well.

You could probably get an old S2000 for not much more than your budget. It will also be endlessly reliable,

The 300ZX Twin Turbo gets my vote then. It is cheap to mod and will also be reliable.
