How to get Mobil Gas for less than Arco Gas

So I figured out that if I use the Mobil speed pass app, it gives me 10 cents discount per gallon. So my credit card price becomes the same as the cash price. I then use my BofA cash rewards card which is 3% but I get 75% bonus cash back on top of that which makes it effectively 5.25%. The resulting effective price I pay is 10 cents cheaper than Arco which doesn't accept credit cards.

Arco does accept credit cards (at least in WA state and others.) But they charge $0.10 more when using them.

Cotsco premium around San Jose CA is about $.30/gal less than pretty much anything else. The station near me basically uses Chevron tankers to fill them
as far as I've seen.
