LED Door Projector problem

I installed these today but the passenger side projector is very dim, barely visible. I switched them and same result on the passenger side so I know they both work. Genuine BMW projectors not the cheap ones. Any idea what could be wrong?

Possibly could be corrosion on the connector. Try some contact cleaner spray. Try the good one on both sides.

I went to buy a set from the main dealer just over a year ago and was told they had been withdrawn from sale ‘temporarily’ due to quality concerns. Wonder if you have bought a ‘pre withdrawal’ set?

Both work fine in the driver door and the regular puddle light is dim in the passenger door also. Must be an electrical issue with that door. I'm going on for service next week and they're going to look at it.

I bought mine here but you can get them at your dealer usually. They’re genuine BMW parts.

Yes the issue is resolved. Surprisingly that puddle light is connected to the passenger side window control switch which had failed. New window switch installed and everything is working perfectly. 😀
