Why does my heat and a/c blower keep turning back on?

I turn it off and it turns right back on. This just started yesterday….

Is it a setting or ?

If I remember correctly if you have the climate settings in the menu set to certain temp and AUTO it will always come back on at start up...

Yeah, I checked that and I only saw the automated ones for heated seats/steering wheel.

Where is the one for the fan?

Another possibility is your mybmw app. There is a plan climate control maybe that’s turned on?

Checked the app, too, and I have it where the ventilation turns on (basically so the remote start works to start the car)....but it still has never done this. I will say it's weird that also randomly I will remote start the car....it will turn on (the car)...and then the car turns right back off.

Could these be related?

That's the climate control rules app in iD7 vs the actual overall climate control settings. The former allows for automated settings for heated seats, etc. per outside ambient temperature or cooling seats per outside ambient temperature.

It's under the ID7 overall climate settings. Granted in "auto" it's lackluster vs previous cars here in AZ where A/C is king at 100+ degree temperature in the summer. Hence, I keep mine at "very strong".

That sounds like a greater issue as remote start runs the car for 10+ (may be 15 but am always in it before the cut off) minutes.
