GC interior choice on a new built.

I’m about to put my order in as well and on the fence between sakhir Orange or silver stone.

Hahaha, I did! I just don't think black, brown or red is unique. So, what interior would you go for if the exterior is CB?

I had a light interior on a previous M3. Just beware of wearing new denim or a belt with light leather. Dye transfer can be a huge problem.

You are correct on lighter interiors. On my M3 E46 I ordered with Napa imola red Interior and if I was wearing raw denim edges would get jean transfer.

I’m about to place my order as well and I’m going with Sakhir orange or sakhir orange alcantara. I miss my imola red lol! Guess I will have to be careful with raw denim again.

That interior above is horrible. Honestly some of the horrendous interior's I've seen put into these gorgeous cars is frightening. Each to his own of course but some need driven off a cliff.
They remind me of the Seinfeld episode with fancy boys in fur coats.
Now if I was Liberace's son well that would be different.

I like it - it's different and sets the interior apart from the BMs further down the range. Needs the right car mats to go with it.

Mats are brown as the leather. Any other suggestions?

Hmm...I'm in Florida. Black on Black is terrible here.

I'm with Seaford on the no go. My vote for a CB exterior would be Sakhir (but you don't want red) or Silverstone. Even with Silverstone you'll need to be careful with denim transfer, etc. but much more easier to maintain and looks fantastic.

I also have 3 kids 13 ,12, 9 months!

No matter what color you choose it will be nice. And most likely not be the last car you ever will have so just enjoy the process and pick what you like.

Simple - Ivory White. I have had mine for over a year now with no issues. Seems to me that the only people that think it is hard to keep clean haven’t actually experienced it. I will confess to changing the floor mats to OEM black in the interest of pracucality.

Silverstone would be a good match to Carbon Black as well. But then again I will never, ever own a black car again as while they look great when clean they are just too much effort as every speck of dirt shows. So add worrying about your colour choice to your problems as well

Dravit Grey Ivory White is simply the best colour combination on a BMW.
