Maxton Design...who has some?

Just wondering who here has any Maxton body stuff on their 8 series?
Are you happy? How's it look quality wise? Ease of install and longevity?
The prices are great! Of course it's not carbon. But for the price of a couple carbon parts you can get the whole deluxe Maxton package.
Plus it seems less....argh....if you damage a piece. I love the carbon body kits but they are SO expensive.
Any experience here guys? Thoughts?

I run the Maxton front lip but when I got it- the lip was only available for the M850i so r33_RGSport did some slight mods to get it to fit. Optically its fine from above and even at line of sight and its a perfect add for those who are lowered and are worried about blasting their aftermarket front lips.

1. looks are fine, no one who pays 220 bucks should be concerned about it but it's definitely a bang for the buck
2. Ive addressed your point about damage- no brainer!!

Actually ....

took this before the lip but I only had the brakes painted Lambo Yellow style

They look good in yellow. Nice contrast to the black. I bet they stand out in person even better.
The front lip looks really good on your car. The gloss black was a good choice. I went with the carbon look as my car has the M carbon package. So hoping it looks complementary and NOT cheap. Actually of all the front lips I think it's stands right up there with some pretty nice (and pricey) options from other manufacturers. I like the way it kind of squares of and lowers the cars look. I'm concerned about the car wash but think it will be ok as it's not too low. I'm not lowered so it will be ok I hope. Have you run thru any touchless washes? Was it ok?

Sorry I have not done any touchless washes ... only hand. I think it would be fine as its just a numbers game and if you are not lowered.

Had the front lip and side skirts put on by r33_RGSport . SoCal streets were not kind to me

. Lost the lip after two weeks had to uninstall myself, literally thing cracked in 3 places lost some of it on some street, noticed when got home. Still looks good with side skirts only. For a couple hundred bucks can't go wrong w/their pieces. I would buy the front lip again if I knew I wouldn't lose it all over SD.

I ordered from the Canadian distributor/dealer.

I noticed the USA site is pre order most of it too. Decent prices but by the time I convert the cash and pay the thieving couriers charges I'm back to where I'm at $ wise anyway.
Same with the UK site. Actually they are pricier too.
