That's a very good looking car.
I'm coming from a shakir orange m6gc, and man, that car had a real "wow factor". It was a true head turner on any red light and valet guys always had a fight over it. The other day I went and checked out a m850gc in my local dealership, and honestly, All I can can say is that it's a nice car, but not dead gorgeous like a m6gc. I haven't seen a m8gc in person, and I'm pretty sure it's more aggressive design would be a step up above m850, but it has big shoes to fill! Congrats and enjoy your beautiful ride. |

Very nice car! I need some help on this. Current I driving a Panamera turbo. Lease end this year December. I have 2 young kids that need still need car seat. I have a Odyssey and a Mini Cooper hardtop. Live in the Bay Area. The Panamera only has 17k miles for 2 years. Never go to track. I like the M8GC, Taycan, new 992, and Panamera gts. If I go with M8GC I can leases. If go with Porsche I might do cash purchase. Please give me some advice. Thank you!

One question, have you tried the new comfort/sport function of the brakes yet? If so, what are your impressions so far?

Congrats! Like many mentioned above, the M6GC design aged very well from the front, i would argue about the back portion though haha.
Some people mentioning about M8 not looking as special, i think in this particular case it is the White colour. Recently had a chance to check out a Frozen Blue M8, and damn that thing looks AMAZINNGGGG!! |

I don't know bros, that M8 looks kind of plain and boring. It looks dated to me already. To call it the best looking BMW but looks are subjective.
That M6 though, what a stunner! |

Sure, but probably not until next week after I get it back from the Ceramic Pro shop and after my break in service where they take off the limiter and governors as explained by the dealership
I’m getting the entire car Clayed and polished and then wrapped in a full clear PPF and Ceramic coated inside and out to protect this beautiful monster! I want it to stay in new condition for the years that I have it, and then maybe do a color change wrap, if and when I’m tired of plain white. Super excited for some upgraded front splitters for this beast...that the part that’s lacking to me at this point. My M6 had a nice aggressive front end, and the 8 needs some of that aggressive appearance! It does sound sweet BTW...Deep and throaty, but I cannot go over 5500 rpm until the 1200 miles service, so all will be explored in about 2 weeks! Last edited by Reliable1; 01-24-2020 at 05:12 AM.. |
