Barely used tires,less than 5k miles on them. Has slight rash on one rim (see photo below)

I measured it earlier today with ruler and came out to:
Front: +24.5
Rear: +30

Car was lowered on Kw HAS for reference from photos

I’m not sure how I can accurately measure the width with the tires already mounted on.

Also fwiw, tpms sensors are included and already mounted with the tires and rims.
