Any reason for the 255 down? I'm typically part of the "never put money down on a lease" crowd, but I guess it is a small amount and gets you below 1100/mo?

I think you're in good shape here as far as discount and MF for what it is, I'd just implore you to at least see if you could search dealer inventory for a 2020 base M8 convertible if it meets your needs due to the added flagship cash. You could possibly be looking at a car with an MSRP of 40+% more for much less of an incremental increase on your monthly payment.

Also, I didn't think there were going to be any 8 series coupes or convertibles in the US for 2021? Maybe that's just the M variants.

Any 2022 Competition M8s? I've been waffling around for months I found like the last one in the country but it's drivers assistance 2, black interior and Donington Grey with no Bowers and Wilkins. Not great.

Thinking about the M4 if no 22s but wanted the M8.

Hello all,
Does anyone have any idea what a good percentage off would be on model year 2022 M850i Convertibles? By the way, I can confirm they are priced much lower than 2021 models!

I have a dealer in Colorado starting with a discount of 8% off MSRP.
Thanks in advance!

Is that before or after incentives? If before, I think you should be okay for an early allocation on a new build assuming they're not attaching any FS cash at this point as well. Let it go another 6 months and you might be more in the 10-11% range.

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. The 8% discount was with no incentives since the dealer didn't have any info on them as of yesterday....

8% sounds about right. I am led to believe that they discontnued the flagship money and instead have basically applied it to te MSRP. Also, no $3,000 loyalty incentive. I expect to be taking delivery this Friday or Monday and I would love to know what the dealer's back end is on this car before then. Good news is that the loan rate is just 1.99%.

I agree with you James,
MSRP was lowered but we also lost flagship and loyalty incentives.

I think the best deals right now are on remaining '21 models but you really have to do some serious hunting to find the right combination of colors/options from what is left...

FYI - MF stayed the same for May, but residual was lowered by 1% on M850s...

No incentives.

Anyone have the MF and residual for 2022 840i Gran Coupes? Also, any incentives on the 2022’s? Edmunds only has the 2021’s.

It's been a few months since I looked at 8 series pricing. Didn't the M8 Comps cost around $150k and now they are $130k? And, they discontinued the coupe just for 2021 and now they are back for 2022?
