Fields BMW Winter Park & Mods
Fields BMW of Winter Park is my local dealer. I'm curious to know if anybody knows their take on mods (mostly interested in suspension mods)? Will they use it as grounds to void the whole warranty? Will they fight you on everything tooth and nail?

Good question, I don't have any mods that would cause a problem so I wouldn't know.

My advisor is Rob Hines.
They are ok for service. The last time i was there i had an issue and they had to keep my car an extra 4 days.. but the SA really tried hard to make it right. |

If it's the deciding factor on whether you are going to do the mods or not, just ask your SA. You can always call up another dealership, get a SA there, and see what he/she says...

If you guys are looking for a laid back SA then ask for Brian Menihan. If we see mods were not going to kill your warranty. If you guys want to be on the safe side ask for me (Will) and I'll take care of your cars. Brian is one of my SA's.
