A lot of this 1. We already know. 2. Is written from the never-wrong retrospective viewpoint. (One of many examples: What dummies those BMW execs were, not being able to predict the pandemic when they designed and approved this car five years ago.)

Its a great vehicle, but in the world of crossovers and SUV's, as well as now a recession, the market of those looking for a $100k+ sports coupe/GT aren't as big as they once were, even 6-series sales had shown that years ago.

Yes, S-Coupe will be dropped, SL will survive and be soft-top, AMG GT also staying around.

Agree. I rarely see them, but there was a metallic green 63 over a cognac shade of leather and my god was it just gorgeous!
