Help! 120308 code

Posting on behalf of my friend. Only mods are Eventuri intake and Valvetronic exhaust.

He recently got a 120308 (charge pressure too low) code and the dealer is claiming it has something to do with his exhaust which I kind of find it hard to believe.

I asked if they could check the chargepipes for any cracks and they said it looks fine.

Could it be his intakes?

Any thoughts or advice?

If I remember correctly some had seen this issue with the seal on the intake Eventuri side but that was fixed with a replacement from them as well. Other will chime in on this, I might be off but it sounds the same.
