Garage List
Looks decent up front, but a few details missing like term, mileage, residual and money factor. Money factor is the most important bit here, as BMW Financial Services post a new base rate each month and dealers often mark it up.

Sounds like one of the lesser expensive lease deals I’ve heard about on an M8 in awhile, but geeze do we live in a different world today than 5 years ago.

Anyone Remember $700/month lease deals for M4s last gen?

LOL not only normal F8X's but the venerable CS for 699 a month plus tax. Dealers couldnt beg them off the lot but once that 15k trunk money hit along with other discounts and damn that was a smokeshow deal on that car.

To the OP there is about 16k triple net in the car from the factory to dealer and about 6% from msrp to invoice so you are getting into some of the dealer holdback. There are no hidden/trunk monies on the car now so its not a bad deal... the 3k of course is not coming from the dealer.

Keep working the gross cap down- there is more room.
