I removed my grills for my intakes. Actually pretty easy. Have to remove the top plastic piece. Unhook 6 tabs on top of the grill,
Unscrew the middle screw. Grab both sides and pull hard. Feels like you are going to break something but you won’t

Just got mine installed and yes the previous post is correct. The BMW service manual shows the same steps. Installed this afternoon took 2 months to get them from Germany.

Hoping they do a de-badged version of the front grill for the M850i as based on Noushy's pics it looks fantastic and will go with my carbon fiber mirrors and roof.

From the looks of it you can remove the M8 badge. There will still be a spot but it's an option.

Well, I removed the badge using a heat gun. Be very carful removing the chrome badge with you remove it from the carbon fiber piece as it is softer plastic than the stock grill.
