Question on M Driver Package

Hope I am not asking something obvious...

Our car has the M Driver package and I am unclear how the actual registration for one of those driving days actually works.

Read something about vouchers or that a personal car could be used. Lots of European info, just not anything definitive for the US.

AMG seems simpler as every new AMG buyer is eligible for a course. No voucher needed. Eligibility will be verified via VIN online.

Thanks!

I think you call them up and schedule it. I found this site.

That helped. Thanks!

They had a choice to two different classes that are eligible; the M Driver package class and the 1 Day M School.
The latter one sounds better as one doesn't have the share a car with another student.

Even though I like Palm Springs weather right now, I am thinking Spartansburg...

You can use the M Drivers Package as a voucher and get any other program they offer (with the exception of the Advanced M School--you have to be qualified by taking an M School or other experience).

I would use it to get a 2-Day M School. The 1-Day program is good, but you really want 2 days. I'd also recommend Thermal (Palm Springs) over Spartanburg for the 2-Day programs as Thermal has actual race tracks. You'll get a significant amount of time behind the wheel.

No personal cars are used for the programs. You'll get current M models (depending on timing, that could include the M8).

Thanks for the info!

I thought about a two day class but figured I first check out how these classes are. Am doing a 2 day AMG advanced session either at COTA or Laguna Seca within a few weeks from the BMW session (whenever they finally open registration) so I have to consider my wife's patience as we are traveling together
