yeah this happen in Nederland ofcourse.and let me explain its very very simple..

umm u see in Nederland although very flat and good roads they have speed limit of 120kmh unlike in Deutchland where in certain parts there are No limits whatsoever.

now these guys were driving above 200 , they broke the law , the police used a civil car , the police just happen to be there at the time , its a some sort of show where they do that kind of stuff anyway ,they knew that they will overspeed cuz they are Ferrraris for fucks sake... they got pulled over , he took their docments , took them all to police station , until they explain dunno what and paid I dunno how euros but lets say 150-350 euros per car . there ...plus they collect negative points , u can be whoever the hell u want big fathers son have cash and stuff , the LAw goes for everyone

couldnt make it to far , they got cameras everywhere , they can have nubers of plates anytime and besides there arent much enzos there anyway
