M6 comps don't have black badges. It is the same chrome effect M6 badges at least in the UK.

Same chrome badging here in the US as well. I was purely going by the black exhaust but of course the owner just could have had a modded M6 with 3rd party exhaust.

Other obvious differences are carbon fibre roof for M6 competition and 20 inch 7 double spoke rims as standard.
