Thanks Limey, appreciate the guidance. I've been searching cars, autotempest, lease swap, and even keeping an eye on the classifieds on here for a year now. Problem is me - I'm being way too picky with colors/options :/

Just like purchasing a house right now here in Florida you are better buying new and waiting on delivery. Much better value.

I did see one exception this weekend. Criswell Chevrolet in MD has a 2022 M850 with 7,000 miles listed for $107,000.00 car is loaded up. I passed because my wife convinced me that it was missing the 2 tone interior and it had the blacked out trim option which I hate. Hey! Who’s to argue with the wife when she is on your side.

My wife just picked up a 2022 M850 GC about 2 weeks ago from a dealer in Northern California (new with <50 miles) that was loaded up and had the 2 tone interior. Looks amazing and I think we came out ok on it, a little more than $5K under MSRP (we didn't have any loyalty or other rebates). We thought about ordering new but seeing how MY23 didn't bring any changes and would have to wait a bit, we jumped on the one on the lot.

Haha isn't that the truth. And thanks!! I am waiting for my i4 M50 which should arrive at the dealer in the next few days per the client advisor. I noticed in the M8 pricing thread someone post they got $4500 in loyalty. I wonder if that's just the dealer stacking the two and acting like they're awesome for giving extra loyalty?
