There has been some suggestions for the smaller screen in the 2019-2022's but ultimately a buy and cut to fit situation. Guessing the same scenario for the new larger 2023s.

That said what are your concerns? It's not like a mobile device, tablet, etc. you can drop. It is nearly a <1% probability you can scratch it under normal use and after 3+ years my 2020 M850i screen is just like the day I drove it off the lot. I just keep an Adam's double soft microfiber towel on the useless backseats of my coupe to dust and polish as needed.
